Hoji Genmai tea

The leaves of this green tea are roasted at high temperatures and roasted rice grains are added. The blend of roasted green tea leaves and roasted rice grains produces a mellow flavor and a very refreshing aroma. This tea is low in caffeine and perfect to drink with meals or in the evening.

Add 5g of Hojicha to 180–200ml of 80–85°C water. Steep for 30–45 seconds, strain, and enjoy.
