Description

The leaves, harvested during the first and second flush of the year in Oita Prefecture, have been fermented. It has a more delicate taste than Indian black tea and an apricot note, and pairs well with Japanese meals.

Preparation

Infuse 3g of Wakoucha black tea in 150ml of 90°C water for 75 to 90 seconds. Strain, then enjoy.
