Description

This blend features a harmonious trio, comprising the soothing, umami flavour of Sencha Fukamushi green tea and the refreshing, zesty notes of Yuzu citrus. Complemented by the slightly peppery taste of Sansho. This union brings together three distinct Japanese flavours – an excellent blend that can be brewed hot or cold!

Preparation

Use 3g of Peppered Yuzu with 150ml of 75-80°C water. Infuse for 40 seconds, then strain and enjoy its delicious citrusy and fresh notes.
